Visonicom AirPlay receiver RealCast Q4 (VMD-RK602) is an advanced WiFi AirPlay adapter with both HDMI for digital high definition AV output, and CVBS analogue AV output. The RK3036 chip features Cortex A7 dual-core processor with ARM Mali-400 graphics engine, clocking at up to 1.2GHz, increase 50% performance over previous version like VMD-RK15x, which is based on previous chip RK2928. It supports the popular wireless display protocols like Miracast for Android and Windows, AirPlay mirroring for iOS and Mac, and DLNA! Q4 (VMD-RK602) dualband WiFi Miracast box can create a WiFi-Direct connection with any An-droid device with WiFi-Direct support and Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) operating system and greater. Essentially, this is a WiFi display mini PC with a micro-USB port for power supply, a HDMI port and a CVBS A/V output. With all of that, it turns any TV or monitor or a projector into a wireless dis-play.
The latency of the Miracast/AirPlay HDMI box is as low as 80 milliseconds, fast enough to be able to playback videos itself. The WiFi display box is easy to use - no client software is needed to install for Miracast, AirPlay support.
